Our new generation of security systems revolutionizes closed-circuit surveillance by making remote access a reality. All camera channels are HTTPS-encrypted and run on your network by using the DVR as a central hub. Your Amcrest HDCVI system will capture all the action using a DVR that can handle the impressive density of detail of eight simultaneous 1080p streams, transmitted fully uncompressed to eliminate latency.

Plug & Play

The HDCVI DVR functions as a single control hub for up to 8 cameras. Our systems are backwards-compatible with predecessor technologies that used coaxial connections which makes the upgrade to HDCVI easier and more practical.

Continuous Recording

This DVR enables you to continuously and simultaneously record on 8 channels in 1080p resolution for more than a week (Supports up to 4TB; hard drive not included). By using space-saving lower resolutions and motion detection settings, you can continuously record for up to 50 days. The Amcrest DVR can also be set to automatically overwrite the oldest internal footage or you can transfer your your footage to a USB or external hard drive.

The Amcrest View Pro App

The app's Live View interface includes options for controlling pan/tilt/zoom (when PTZ cameras are connected), toggling channel views, customizing the number of video screens, switching between main and sub-streams, capturing screenshots, recording video to the phone's internal storage, and toggling sound.

Never Miss a Moment

Use the DVR to specify which areas of the camera's motion grid are active, and set a 24/7 schedule for when the alert system is armed or disarmed. The motion sensor sensitivity can also be customized to prevent false alarms such as plants moving in a breeze. When motion is detected, you can receive texts, emails or an alarm and trigger recording.

Always Secure, Sunrise to Sundown

The bullet security cameras included with the Amcrest DVR can see up to 90° so that you'll never miss a moment. The cameras' IR mode is automatically activated in low lighting and is capable of seeing up to 65 feet at night.
