Select from three temperatures: medium, hot and extra-hot.

Brewing hotter will result in higher extraction yields while brewing colder will extract content at a slower rate. Hotter temperature result in increased body and sweetness (with a greater chance of astringency and bitterness), while cooler temperatures will result in less bitterness, body and sweetness (resulting in a sour, bright shot).
